While I'm usually a big holiday person, I don't really do Valentine's Day.Don't get me wrong I love the idea of going out for a fancy adult only dinner, getting jewelry, flowers, and hello, chocolate, but I don't like that Hallmark has decided that it must take place on this one special day.
Kisses, hugs, and spending time with the people we love should take place every day.
Every day is a perfect day to say I LOVE YOU!
agreed agreed agreed! We made heart pancakes and went to dinner as a family. But as for getting expensive gifts and all that stuff...no thank you. I'd rather be surprised on a RANDOM day!

ReplyDeleteI agree. We don't do much either. I did make a nice dinner last night for the family and hubs made a special breakfast this morning. And I gave the kiddo some candy and a little card, but that's more than we usually do.
