Another great week with a lost of a 2 1/2 pounds! I actually didn't think it was going to be as good as it was because it seemed like I was snacking all week. Drinking the water has been coming really easy to me, but I am still struggling getting my 5 fruits and veggies in a day. So my goal for this week is to focus on the fruits and vegetables and not snacking on carbs until I have all five in for the day. Maybe if I keep the pack of 100 calorie cookies in front of me it will inspire me to quickly eat my fruits and veggies.

Lost 7 medium cantaloupes and a sack of potatoes off this body!!!
