Walk-It Challenge (Setting Goals)


This week I decided to try something new and vlog about my progress with the Walk-It Challenge this week. Enjoy!



So what did you think? Do me a favor and leave me a comment letting me know if you like the vlog or prefer the post? Is it clear enough? Too long? Any vlogging suggestions will be much appreciated. Oh and don't forget to share your walking/running/exercising goals for this week!

  1. your video was great - I tend to read blogs while watching tv though... so I don't often click play when I see a vlog. Well done though - you sure look comfortable doing it...

  2. Loved it! I think it was the right length - I think anything under 4 minutes is good for a vlog... It shows that you teach for a living - you speak so well!! :) You know how to have a begining/middle/end and that's makes it flow so well - you're a pro vlogger! :) (and I watch a looooot of vlogs...:)
    I very much enjoyed listening to you - I find videos slightly more 'personal', I think it's because you get the 'tone' of a person right away, and a few little you would have in writing, the voice, the pace the expressions, etc.
    Do I prefer a video or a post? I would say I like them equally :)
    I think it's great that you gave yourself some more goals and that you are working toward improving your time, I am still so impressed with your determination and perseverance - you're a runner now!! :)
