Pshew this week went fast for weigh in.
Too bad it didn't go nearly as well as it went fast.
Weigh in this week was most definitely frustrating.
I stayed within my point range.
Followed the healthy guidelines.
Even exercised three days.
Here are my results.

What is up with that?
Usually I can tell you exactly why my scale says what it does, but honestly this week I don't have a clue. I'm not even sure what goal to set because I really did everything right last week.
Oh well. Moving on.

sometimes our bodies need time to catch up with our changes (you know like the weeks people only lose one or two pounds on the biggest loser!) so maybe that is what happened this last week?
ReplyDeletethe only other thing i can think of is, are you drinking enough water? sometimes that is just the little kick your metabolism needs to really get going.
keep up the good work. i am sure you will see the results soon.
oh oh, maybe you're gaining muscle from all your running - it weighs more than fat so maybe that gain balanced out the fat loss. okay i'm done now!
I was going to say the same as ''jenn'' - I realized after some time that my body is about a week 'late' - if I eat well for a week, the next week I see results. I often will lose weight anyways if I'm not as 'good' the 2nd week... but the 3rd week my 2nd week catches up to me even if I was good again for the 3rd week... I guess that's why I have to keep consistent week after week to see results!! :)

oh, and I always meant to ask - what do your numbers mean? hee hee As in ''week 4/0/-4'' for instance, what does the 0 stand for and what does the -4 stand for? I wasn't sure...
