The Scale is My Friend Again

I'm so excited that after three weeks of reporting absolutely nothing happening on the weight loss scene I can finally share some happy news.

WEEK 6 / -1.5lb / - 5.5

I'm so excited.
I even get a cute little button.

For the past three weeks I've been counting every point, staying within my points, and exercising regularly. It's been so frustrating to watch my scale not budge an ounce. Now I'm feeling exhilaration that I beat the plateau.

There is even more great news...I am now officially less than 10lb away from my goal weight. Woohoo!!

  1. Congratulations!! That's awesome news and inspiring...I really need to lost this baby belly now that Anna is 7 mos. old, lol. I lost my pregnancy weight completely but let's just say I was a little overweight before getting pregnant ;-)

  2. CONGRATULATIONS!! That is fantastic news - I need to get back on the horse again after being sick, but of course I first have to deal with all of the "failure" emotions!! But I will, and hopefully I will see some losses soon.

    me? Well I keep bouncing the same lbs up and down. It seems that every time it looks like a down swing the old hormones kick in for a visit from Aunt F. >:(

  8. Good for you! We are doing the Biggest Loser at school with our gym teacher. He is doing one afternoon a week as a time to exercise together. The rest of the week we are on our own. We weigh in on Friday mornings. Last week I lost 1.5 lbs by exercising every other day, cutting out the soda,not eating/snacking after dinner and really being conscious of what goes in my mouth. I'm hoping for the same loss this week! You go Girl! :)
