I had another great week with Weight Watchers losing 3 more pounds. I really think it would have only been 1 1/2 - 2, but I caught the nasty stomach bug so that extra pound disappeared. Now hopefully it will just stay off! Due to loss my points went down by one so now I have only 22 points a day. I started at 24 and noticed a difference at 23 so I am anxious to see how 22 works for me. My goal last week was to get my five veggies/fruits in and I am happy to say that I made the goal 5 out of the 7 days so I am doing better and still pushing for this week. I did eat less of the 100 calorie snacks which is probably good.
Next goal - I am 3lb away from 10% goal so I want to meet this within the next two weeks.
