Another One Bites the Dust

So I haven't been a great blogger lately I admit. Instead of posting, or visiting, or even twittering, I have had my nose stuck in a book...and have enjoyed every minute of it. I'm happy to report that I finished the 3rd book in the Twighlight series today. It was awesome!! Now I am impatiently waiting for my 4th book to make it to me in the mail soon. One of my twittering buddies saw me talking about it and asked if I would like the extra copy she had. Was that super sweet or what??? I can't wait to get it. I'm hoping it will come tomorrow because we are going on a big road trip on Saturday and it would be nice to have something to read on the way.
I'm curious about all of you out there. Have you read these books? Are you in love with Edward too? Have you heard about the books, but decided not to read them? Why not? Talk to me, people!!

  4. Oh this silly series...I couldn't put it down. As for Edward, I actually might be the only gal alive (or undead haha) that wasn't crazy about him. However, he did grow on me a bit in Breaking Dawn. Man, crazy stuff happens. I didn't see that whole thing coming.

  5. I have had Twilight sitting on my book shelf since February and I have never started reading it. After all this talk though, I think that's what I will do this weekend.

  8. I have not read this series as like you I thought I wasn't a big vampire fan. Ha! My husband has me hooked on the new HBO series True Blood. So now I have to read the Twilight series too. I the complete book set on my Christmas wish list. We'll see if I can hold out that long or if I'll break down and buy them for myself.

  9. I am a latecomer to this phenom Mel. I just heard about them this year. At first I was a no go- nightmares of vampires and maggots in takeout containers from The Lost Boys still haunt me.
I have to say with all this talk and the movie I am intrigued Christmas suggestion
